For change of mind purchases, you may return the item in an unused and clean condition within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is deemed faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Spewy is not responsible for tracking returned parcels. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your tracking number for reference.

12 Month Warranty
All Spewy Bed Mats come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase — and yes, that includes absorbency.
While the warranty covers the first 12 months, many of our bed mats last much longer. Some families have even used the same one for all their children over several years. We design and make each Spewy Bed Mat with the highest quality fabrics so they’re built to last.
Over time, with regular use and washing, it’s normal for absorbency to gradually reduce — this is simply how absorbent fabrics naturally wear.
