Shipping policy

We ship through Australia Post and Aramex, depending on the most efficient option for your location. Please note that our shipping policy has recently changed to please ensure you read the full rates prior to purchasing. 

Shipping Rates:

Australia:
$14.95 for orders $149.99 and under.
FREE for orders over $150.00

New Zealand: $25.00

Rest of the World (ex. US & Puerto Rico): $50.00

Order Processing & Dispatch:
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and range from 1 to 15 business days.

Pre-Orders:
If your order includes a Pre-Order item, it will be shipped once the product arrives in stock. Your entire order will be dispatched together at that time.

US & Puerto Rico Orders - Important Shipping Update

At the moment, we are unable to accept orders from the United States due to the Australia Post temporarily suspending their services to the US and Puerto Rico.
